- Recently represented an out-of-state group in purchasing a Bucks County business, requiring us to form two limited liability companies, draft operating agreements, negotiate asset purchase agreement and deal with swap financing.
- Represented a company who defaulted on their loans with large regional lender. We negotiated a favorable forbearance agreement with lender’s workout counsel that allowed the company to reinstate the original terms of its loans.
- Currently representing a physician group with the launch of their healthcare venture, requiring us to form entity, negotiate lease in a Bucks County professional park, negotiate with lender for start-up capital, equipment purchases and fit-out costs.
